Important Notes:

For all DOA/ELF Warranty Claims:

Please return the entire/original packaging and contents. Any returns that are with incomplete/missing accessories or contents will result in delay in processing or rejection of your return

For all non DOA/ELF Warranty but within the 12 months manufacturer Warranty Claims:

Please send the HANDSET back ONLY (I.e.: No back cover, battery, memory card and other accessories), unless it is relevant to the fault. The original box (showing IMEI No.) may require to be sent back upon request. Exeltek will not take any responsibility for any lost or missing accessory which were not asked to be sent back and is irrelevant to the fault. Please allow extra 4-7 (up to) working days for us to process and send your R.A. to the repairer.

Terms & Conditions

You MUST AGREE TO ALL the terms and conditions below in order to send the faulty unit for services.

1.	Exeltek does NOT take any responsibility for any goods lost or damaged whilst in transit. As mobile phones are fragile, you agree to ensure that any repairs are packed appropriately before sending the goods in for service.
2.	Faults caused by Liquid or Physical Damage are not covered by any Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty and are assessed as Non-Warranty repairs. All Non-warranty Repairs that we sent back on your behalf will carry an administration fee of $25.00 as well as any Non-warranty Repair rejection fee incurred by the Manufacturer/authorized repair centers.
3.	Exeltek takes NO responsibility for any loss or claims for damages of ANY DATA, CONTACT NAMES & NUMBERS, IMAGES, PHOTOS, MOVIES, SCREENSAVERS, MUSIC, RINGTONES, RECORDINGS, MESSAGES OR SETTINGS deleted during the repair, quotation or assessment of your phone. It is recommended that all customers back up any important data before handing in their unit for repair.
4.	Exeltek will not take any responsibility for any uncollected repairs. Any quoted jobs or uncollected repairs not collected within 30 days of written notification that the job is available to pick up will be archived, disposed of or sold subject to the various State Acts relating to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods.
5.	Payment must be received in full for all Non Warranty repairs before any repair will be commenced by the Manufacturer/authorized repair centers. (A quote will be provided by the Manufacturer/authorized repair centers)
6.	Retaining a valid Proof of Purchase (POP) in the form of a Tax Invoice or receipt is the responsibility of the owner or customer. The POP must be supplied together with the faulty unit to be covered under warranty. Exeltek will not accept any returns without POP.
7.	The Repair Turnaround Time (TAT) is set by the Manufacturer/authorized repair centers; only an estimated timeframe can be given to you, which varies depending on factors such as spare parts availability. Exeltek will take no responsibility, nor reimburse any loss of income or damages for the inconvenience caused by the delay of the TAT. You are to allow extra 4-7 (up to) working days for us to send the faulty unit back to the repairer. (You will be provided with a Job No. allowing you to track the progress with the Manufacturer/authorized repair centers directly.)
8.	Manufacturer’s authorized repair centers reserve the right to make the final judgment on the approval of any warranty claim. Exeltek will only follow the Manufacturer’s warranty procedure/rule and will not take any responsibility on any rejected claim made by them. (A report will be given to you provided by the Manufacturer/authorized repair center.

I, the understand, have read, understood and accept the Terms & Conditions relating to any request for any repairs performed. In signing this document, I agree to pay the charges that may apply if the status changes from Warranty to Non-Warranty.
