Returns may not be accepted without a valid invoice / docket number. For faster processing, please have your invoice number, name, product purchased and the reason for your return ready when enquiring.
Conditions for Products Returned Within 7 Days
All products returned must be in the original "as new" condition, complete and contain all original manufacturer boxes and all inclusion & accessories included with the original shipment. We reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange of any item that is not returned in the original packaging nor deemed re-sellable as a new product.
Shipping and handling charges is not refundable.
Restock fee of 15% will apply for change of mind. Further restocking fee may apply subject to conditions of the product.
Refunds or exchanges are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
Refunds on purchase made with a credit card will only be credited back to the same card.
Exeltek.com.au reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 7 days from the invoice date.
Shipping Charges for Returned Product
Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility; Exeltek.com.au will use the available shipping method and pay for shipping on replacement or exchange item(s).
Exeltek.com.au will not be responsible for shipping for non-faulty or non-defective items. If this the case, the customer will have to organise payment for delivery back to customer or use their own courier pick up.
Mobile Phone Returns and Warranty
ELF =Early Life Failure, DOA =Dead On Arrival
Early Life Failure (ELF) means in the event of your new mobile phone failing within the manufacturer’s ELF period, the manufacturer will replace your faulty mobile phone for a new unit* - provided the phone has not been damaged (e.g.: cracked screen or liquid damaged)
ELF/DOA Period and Contact:
~ ELF Period for “3” network mobile is 14 days
* ELF Period for HTC Telstra NextG mobile is 30 days

Warranty Period and Contact:
Should you experience a fault with your mobile phone within the warranty period but beyond the ELF/DOA period, please return your handset together with your proof of purchase directly to the nearest manufacturer’s authorized repair centre:
