At Exeltek.com.au, we strive to provide you with the best service and that means getting your goods delivered as soon as possible, with the least cost to you!
Here is our commitment to delivery time and cost:

Cheapest Delivery

  • We only charge $10.95 flat-rate incl. GST for shipping and handling to all Australian address regardless of how many item do you buy, except for bulky items such as PC, Laptop, & Monitors (or items with weight of more than 5kg). For bulky items, the shipping cost will be quoted at the check out point. We guarantee the lowest shipping in the industry without compromising delivery standard. At Exeltek we improve by smarter way of doing things, not by cutting corners!

Fastest Delivery Method

  • Based on the address that you give to us, our staff will choose the fastest and the most convenience shipping method for you.
    In most circumstances, if you give us the non PO BOX address, such as your work address or home address where someone can be present to provide signature when the parcel is delivered, we will use an overnight courier which is the fastest delivery method available.
  • When overnight courier is used, the delivery time to major Australian cities only takes 1-2 business days to deliver, subject to stock availability.
    However, outer suburban and country areas might take longer to deliver as the courier might not always have a daily delivery schedule / express delivery network to your area.
  • When the delivery area is outside the courier network or delivery address is P.O. BOX address, Australia Post e-Parcel service will be used instead. You can also choose to use the Australia Post e-Parcel service instead of courier if you will not be present at the delivery address to receive it. If you are not present at the delivery address, your parcel will be delivered to your nearest Post Office after unsuccessful delivery attempt.

Trackable Parcel

  • For your peace of mind and convenience, we always use trackable delivery method, which means you can track and locate the whereabout of your parcel while being delivered.
    You can contact us to obtain the tracking number after your parcel has been despatched from our warehouse.
Customers Pick Up
  • You can also come and pick up the goods from our shop, saving you a delivery fee. However, we recommend customers to call or email us first to confirm that the goods are in stock.

Processing and delivery Cut-off Time

  • Cut-off time for all online and phone orders are 3:30 PM AEST. All orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed and delivered the next business day.
    Our business day is Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Same day delivery option available for Melbourne Metro Customers, please contact us for more details

  • If you urgently need your parcel to be delivered on the same day (Melbourne Metro Customers only), but can't afford to come to our shop by yourself, you can ask us to use our economic missile courier to deliver your parcel within 3 hours! From only $15.00, depending on the destination, ring us on (03) 95488117 to get a quotation.
  • The last cut off time for Melbourne Metro Same Day Delivery is 3:00 PM AEST.
  • Please note that the Melbourne Metro same day delivery is subject to stock availability.

Term and Conditions

To bring you the best service and value without blowing our budget so that we can always provide you with the lowest cost, we operate according to the guidelines and conditions as set below:

  • We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by Exeltek for security purpose.
  • We will only deliver when the payment has been cleared and all details have been confirmed.
  • Customers may be responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods.
  • Exeltek will make every effort to deliver on time in quickest possible manner. However, we shall not be held liable for damages/inconvenience arisen from any delays.
  • Customers may need to provide signature to accept the delivered parcel. The courier will not leave your parcel unattended if no one authorised to accept the parcel is present and your parcel will be taken back to their delivery centre to be scheduled for re-delivery. However, the fee for re-delivery attempts may be passed to the customers when the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. This is only applicable to courier-based delivery method.
  • If item/s received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item/s as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
  • All orders placed after 3:30 PM AEST will be treated as the next business day's order. We do not process order during weekend; all orders that are placed between 3:30pm AEST on Friday and 12:00pm AEST on Monday will be treated as Monday's orders.
  • All orders will be shipped and processed according to the availability of the item ordered.
