Features

675 W Maximum Power!

No matter what you have planned for your RX-V367 this system has the power to deliver. Whether you’re watching the latest blockbuster, rocking along to your favourite band or playing the latest game on your PS3 for Xbox, the RX-V367’s power has got you covered.

Easy Setup

Worried about trying to get the optimum setup for your home theatre? Yamaha’s YPAO (Yamaha Parametric Acoustic Optimiser) technology does all of the hard work for you. Simply plug in the included YPAO microphone to your RX-V367 and the receiver takes care of the rest. Speaker connections, size, frequency and pressure level are all calibrated to your room’s acoustics, ensuring the optimal performance from your system at the touch of a button!

3D Ready

The future of television is here! With the roll-out of 3D television around Australia your new AV receiver must be able to keep up. All of Yamaha’s ‘67’ series of AV receivers come 3D ready. The RX-V367 ensures you can keep up with the 3D TV revolution.

Cinema At Home

Yamaha has long been recognised as the sound experts with industry leading audio technology. The latest DSP modes included on the RX-V367 provide a unique audio experience, making you feel like you are part of the action!

Yamaha SCENE Function

Yamaha’s unique SCENE function allows you to tailor the set-up of the receiver depending on the source you are listening to. There are four unique buttons and default settings which turn the receiver on, set the input and also the sound mode, making operation simple. The settings can also be tailored for different types of operation.

1080P HDMI Inputs

Yamaha’s RX-V367 has four HDMI inputs that handle both audio and video. To experience everything that Blu-ray has to offer HDMI is absolutely essential, and with four HDMI inputs the RX-V367 assures connectivity for today and tomorrow.

Performance

3D Blu-Ray

Full High Definition 3D BluRay movies require special data processing and very high data bandwidth. Yamaha AV Receivers (67 Series and above) are equipped to deliver this content from your BluRay player to your display.

192 kHz/ 24-bit DAC

After any DSP processing is completed the digital audio signal is converted back to an analogue voltage by the Digital-Analogue-Converter (DAC), ready for amplification. The higher DAC’s sample rate and bit-depth the more closely this analogue signal will resemble the original studio master signal. As a comparison, 192kHz/24-bit represents more than 6 times the data rate of a regular Audio CD.

Compressed Music Enhancer

MP3 and WMA are examples of compressed audio – where the original digital file has been reduced in size to save on storage space. Compression usually results in diminished sound quality but Yamaha’s Compressed Music Enhancer uses algorithms to replace this lost sonic information in real-time, bringing back the sparkle and groove of the original recording.

Preset Remote Controls

All of Yamaha's AV Receivers come with Preset Remote Controls, which allow your remote control to mimic the commands and functions of most popular brands of TV, DVD, STB, BluRay and other devices, reducing the number of remote controls you need and clutter on the coffee table!

HD Audio via PCM

PCM (Pulse Code Modulation) can be considered a 'garden variety' digital format, and is completely uncompressed and true to the studio master. Some Blu-Ray Players are capable of converting Dolby TrueHD or DTS-HD Master Audio soundtracks to PCM and then delilvering this to AV Receivers without internal Dolby TrueHD or DTS-HD Master Audio decoders.

Scene

Yamaha's SCENE function can switch on your AV receiver & DVD player, select the input & select the listening mode - all with one single keystroke. Simple! In fact you can setup your four SCENE buttons to activate any input and any listening mode making it useful for anything from AM Radio to 7.1 Channel High Definition Surround.
