Is our stock Australian and covered by local warranty from Authorised service centre?

  • Definetely! We never resort to dodgy practice such as parallel/grey import to source our products. 

    All of our products are sourced locally from the authorised distributors in Australia and therefore are covered by local authorised service centre. 
    We are proud of our lowest price which is achieved by bulk buying power, honest genuine deal, and creative negotiations. 
    Furthermore, we never condone the non-aussie way of doing business such as skipping GST, illegally bringing goods from overseas, cutting corners and not adhering to the Australian regulations.

You claimed that you have the best price, but I saw X product a lot cheaper on the other online website/Ebay, can you match the price?

When shopping around the internet, be wary and mindful about the merchant who you buy the goods from. Most of the overly cheap goods are actually inferior overseas imports and will not have Australian standard and warranty. 
Some of the goods are shipped directly from overseas with no numbers to contact when something goes wrong. However if you believe that you have found the real deal, simply email us the website link / company name, we will be happy to check it out and see whether we can match the price!

How do I pay?

  • Online Orders : BPAY, Bank Transfer, Cheque, Money Order, Visa/ Mastercard, Bankcard
  • Store Visit/Pick up: Cash, EFTPOS, VISA, MasterCard and Bankcard.
  • Please note that for Cheques, Money Orders and Direct Bank Deposits, the ordered components will be dispatched only after payments have been cleared. This may result in a little delay.

How long does the shipment take?

  • Generally it will take about 2 working days for Australia, depending on the destination via express courier. 
    If you have an urgent need for your goods, please feel free to give us a call to obtain estimation of the delivery time. 
    If you happen to live in Melbourne, we also have the same day delivery service by utilising taxi courier from as low as $15 depending on destination
  • We use door-to-door courier service for your convenience and security.
