Click and Collect

Click & Collect (Free)

  • "Pick Up" option is available to select upon checkout if you wish to collect your order from our shopfront. You will be notified by email once your order is ready for collection. It is important to wait for this notification prior to your visit to avoid disappointment as some items are warehoused offsite and will require being transferred to the store for your collection.
  • Pick up must be made by the credit card holder and a photo ID (i.e.: Drivers License) and the credit card used must be shown upon collection for security purposes. Exeltek reserves the right to refuse collection from another person other than the credit card holder.
  • "Pick up" location: 
  • Pick up option is not available for payments made with PayPal.


StarTrack Express 

  • This is an express service which will require a signature upon delivery, therefore your work address or home address where someone is usually present during business hours is ideal.
  • The courier does not call receiver before delivery, however a tracking number will be provided so that you can track the delivery progress with the courier online or over the phone. If you have missed the delivery from the courier, a card will be left and you will need to contact the courier for further arrangement or pick up your item from their depot.
  • The estimated delivery time for small goods (subject to stock availability) to major Australian cities is 1-2 business days and up to 7 business days for country locations and outer suburban areas as the courier might not always have a daily delivery schedule / express delivery network to those areas.
  • The estimated delivery times for large items (such as TV and Home Theatre Systems)  may take up to 2-6 business days to deliver within metropolitan areas in other states. 
  • This service is used to ship bulky/large items such as TV and Home Theatre Systems (Not for a PO BOX address)
  • These timeframes are guidelines only, and based on reasonable expectations and experience. We are not liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to consequential loss) resulting from a failure to deliver in accordance with these timetables. 

 Australia Post Eparcel

Australia Post Regular E-Parcel

  • This is the best option to choose if you are unsure whether your shipping address will be attended. If you are not present at the delivery address, your parcel will be delivered to your nearest Post Office for your convenience after unsuccessful delivery attempt.
  • Email notifications from Australia Post
  • This method is also used for  P.O. BOX address.
  • This method is not available for large goods such as TV and Home Theatre Systems.
  •  Estimation of delivery Times:

Estimated delivery speed* within VIC

  • Metro - up to 2 business days
  • Country - up to 5 business days

Estimated delivery speed* to interstates:

  • Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points
  • Country - Please ask at your local Post Office or call 13 POST (13 76 78)

Same day delivery service (Melbourne metro areas only)

  • If you urgently need your parcel to be delivered on the same day (Melbourne Metro Customers only), but can't afford to come to our shop by yourself, you can ask us to use our economic missile courier to deliver your parcel within 4 hours! starting from only $15.00, depending on the destination.
  • The last cut off time for Melbourne Metro Same Day Delivery is 2:00 PM AEST.
  • Please note that the Melbourne Metro same day delivery is subject to stock availability.

Free Shipping

  • Products with "Free Shipping" offer displayed will be sent via Regular Australia post (Tracking may not be available).

Delivery cost

  • You can simply find out the delivery cost by entering your postcode on the product's main page or upon the check out point.
  • Our delivery cost starts from $11.95 incl. GST for small items to all Australian delivery addresses. For bulky items such as TVs and Home Theatre Systems (or items with weight of more than 5kg) the shipping cost will vary depending on its location and size.  Please enter your postcode on the product's main page for freight calculation or upon the check out point.

Traceable Parcel

  • A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

Processing and delivery Cut-off Time

  • Cut-off time for all online and phone orders are 2:00 PM AEST. We will endeavor to process and dispatch all orders that are placed before the cut-off time in the next 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated . (Subject to stock availability)
  • We do not dispatch orders on weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Insurance

  • All of our shipments within Australia are covered by Insurance.
  • You must reject the delivery if the parcel shows any signs of damage or clearly note any damages on the connote paper with the driver before signing off the parcel/delivery. Failure in doing so will result in rejection for insurance claim.
  • Please contact us immediately if your parcel has been damaged during transit and provide photos of the damaged goods.
  • Exeltek will not be responsible for any damages after you have signed off the delivery/connote under the sections which states that the delivery has been received in good condition.

Shipping cost on return items

  • All shipping cost incurred when sending products for return are at customers expense unless it was a shipment/order error made by Exeltek. Exeltek will use the available shipping method and pay for the shipping on replacement unit(s).

Terms and Conditions

To bring you the best service and value without blowing our budget so that we can always provide you with the lowest cost, we operate according to the guidelines and conditions as set below:

  • We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by Exeltek for security purpose.
  • We will only deliver when the payment has been cleared and all details have been confirmed.
  • Customers may be responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods.
  • Exeltek will make every effort to deliver on time in quickest possible manner. However, we shall not be held liable for damages/inconvenience arisen from any delays.
  • Customers may need to provide signature to accept the delivered parcel. The courier will not leave your parcel unattended if no one authorised to accept the parcel is present and your parcel will be taken back to their delivery centre to be scheduled for re-delivery. However, the fee for re-delivery attempts may be passed to the customers when the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. This is only applicable to courier-based delivery method.
  • If item/s received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item/s as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
  • All orders placed after 3:30 PM AEST will be treated as the next business day's order. We do not process order during weekend; all orders that are placed between 3:30pm AEST on Friday and 12:00pm AEST on Monday will be treated as Monday's orders.
  • All orders will be shipped and processed according to the availability of the item ordered.
