Sales terms and conditions

Before purchasing, please ensure you read and agree to our company’s terms and conditions. We set out terms to ensure your pleasant shopping experience with us. If you do not agree with the stated terms and conditions, we advise that you do not use our website for any information or purchasing.

Product Availability

Whilst we make every attempt to maintain stock of every item we offer on our website, from time to time some items may be out of stock due to delays and supply issues with our suppliers and distributors. We will provide you with timely notification of any out of stock or delayed item.

Website Accuracy

We take pride in providing you with correct and current information regarding our products, however from time to time the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Exeltek reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such products.

Payment

Website: We accept Bank Transfer, BPAY, Direct deposit, Mastercard, Visa and EFTPOS.
At the Store:  We accept Mastercard, Visa, EFTPOS and cash payments.

For Bank Cheque/ Personal Cheque/ Money order, please allow additional 3 business days for cheques to clear.
For Bank direct deposit and Internet bank transfer, please using the order number as payment reference.

Payment by credit cards is subject to verification process. We reserve the right to cancel the order if we cannot verify that the order has been placed by the authorised card holder.

Shipping

We offer delivery Australian Wide.

Your items will be processed within 24-48 hours when full payment is received and confirmed by our financial institution. Please visit our Shipping page for information regarding the delivery times.

Please make sure that the delivery address is correct before completing your payment as we only ship items to your registered checkout address. A re-delivery fee would be charged if your delivery is incorrect or unclaimed.

Shipping to all Australian addresses is insured. In the event of loss, theft or damage during transit, you would need to notify us the nature of the damage immediately and provide photos as evidence, and reject the delivery from the courier if the package shows any signs of significant damages (If possible, note down the damages on the delivery connote where you will be signing). Otherwise, the insurance claim may not be successful. All claims are subject to investigation and we will only ship a replacement unit after the investigation is complete. Please note that investigations may take up to 4 weeks to complete. We will inform you the progress of your claim. 

Exeltek would not be responsible for estimated delivery times and will not be held liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise due to delivery issues.

Warranty / Returns

All shipping cost incurred when sending products for return are at customer's expense unless it was a shipment error / order mistake made by Exeltek.

It is the responsibility of the manufacturers to repair or replace the handset under warranty contract.  Exeltek is happy to assist with all of your warranty enquiries and facilitate your warranty claims with the authorised service centre on your behalf. Please ensure that you request a Return Authorisation request number before returning any product. Please visit our Returns & Warranty page for complete details on returning a product.

Exeltek reserves the right to await approval from the manufacturer prior to replacing an item if we suspect the fault may be due to physical or liquid damage, or if the fault cannot be replicated / confirmed. 

Returned items found to be faulty due to physical or liquid damage will not be replaced/ repaired and will incur a minimum $35.00 inspection fee.

Refunds

You can return your item for a refund within 30 days of purchase if the following rules are met:

  1. Items must be in their original packaging which must be in the original condition (i.e.: Brand new)
  2. All original seals on the packaging and product must be intact and not broken. (e.g.: The manufacturer seal on the package is still sealed.)
  3. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase

Please note items that have been used, opened (i.e.: not brand new anymore) and with broken seals will be rejected. 

  • Refund or exchange is issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
  • Refunds on purchase made with a credit card will only be credited back to the same card.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. And all shipping cost incurred when sending products for return are at customer's expense.
  • Returns may not be accepted without a valid invoice / docket number. For faster processing, please have your invoice number, name, product purchased and the reason for your return ready when enquiring.
